Art in Unexpected Places
Last weekend, during Oil City’s Indie Fest, I ducked into the National Transit Building on the corner of Seneca and Center Streets. After making it to the top of the foyer’s marble steps and, I was looking at a mural stretching 708 square feet 30 feet above the floor.
