- Pennsylvania is fantastic little state don’t ya think? I do, especially considering I’ve lived here for all 26 years of my life. It must be doing something right. I’m guessing it’s probably the winter. Or the pot holes. I went to undergrad in the Laurel Highlands and am currently getting my masters downtown Pittsburgh. I have a love for high-fiving, cheeseburgers, random adventures, climbing trees, and lying in parks daydreaming. I’ve gone across the state and back for a cheese steak, played miniature golf during a bar tour of the South Side, and have danced along other “steel town” girls at an art gallery to celebrate 25 years of Flashdance. I’m a maniac. There is so much to see and do in the city that I’m pretty sure this love affair will last a lifetime. I think Pittsburgh and I are kind of the same… you’re not exactly sure why you like us, but you keep coming back for more.
