- I’ve been an avid fishermen in Pennsylvania for almost 40 years. I started fishing the beautiful limestone streams of central Pennsylvania as a child and fishing quickly grew into an obsession for me. I can honestly say that I've only missed one opening day of trout season in my almost 40 years of fishing!! I fish for a variety of species such as crappie, largemouth bass, muskey, pike, steelhead, trout, catfish and many more. If it swims, I’m willing to fish for it. I have to say, however, that my favorite quarry is the smallmouth bass. Pound for pound they are just flat out fun! CentralPAfishing.com is a “for fun” blog I keep of my fishing trips and photo’s. Every once in a while I’ll actually post something worth reading so check it out from time to time. My blog recently landed me a gig as a guest on a regional outdoor TV show "The Centre Sportsman ". Thats just crazy!! Who would want to put me on TV? Fishing in Pennsylvania is my passion and I enjoy sharing that passion with others!
