- Although I'm still new to Pennsylvania, I already feel at home here. I'm a professional photographer, specializing in several forms of commercial photography, but I have always had a special love for nature photography, which melds well with my outdoor habits. For me, a great day is one spent outside, on a lake shore or along a stream, or hiking through the woods with my camera in hand. I grew up in Vermont, amid the Green Mountains, so Northeastern PA is a whole new landscape to me, and one that I'm excited to be exploring. All seasons, most weather, you'll find me hiking back trails or ambling through one of the great state parks in search of the perfect photograph. Sometimes I find it, and sometimes I just come home covered in mud. Either way, there are very few bad days. I keep track of some of these adventures on my website, www.brentpennington.com , where I also tend to ramble on about equipment and technique in hopes of helping aspiring photographers. My other project is The Roving Photographer (www.therovingphotographer.com ), which is a index of photography-worth locations, submitted by photographers, and broken down by state.
